SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into our SMS messaging program (“SMS Program”), you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from us and others texting on its behalf, including messages sent using an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) you provide. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
By participating, you agree to be bound by these SMS Messaging Terms, these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of the Site or our services.
Program Description
Trivantage and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver our text messages to you. These messages may provide information about upcoming deliveries, our goods and services, or other relevant updates.
Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. If you have any questions abot your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. We do not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
How to Opt-Out
You may exercise your right to unsubscribe (stop receiving text messages) from the SMS Program at any time by texting “STOP” to 336.828.2431 and we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) you provide and are responsible for notifying us immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify us by updating your profile on the relevant website or by contacting customer service at [email protected] or by calling 800.786.1876.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
We or your carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility
To receive our text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 16 years of age or older.
Termination of Text Messaging; Continued Consent
We may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Messaging Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the SMS Program, with or without notice. If we change the terms of the SMS Program, your continued consent to receive our text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
