If you are browsing the new Trivantage.com and find yourself wanting to ask a question, look no further than the bottom, right side of your screen. There, you will see a green “live chat” bar, no matter what part of the website you are browsing.
Simply click on the green bar, and a chat window will expand. Click within the window, type your question and hit the return key on your keyboard to send a message to a customer service representative. A representative will then promptly introduce himself/herself and assist you with any questions you may have.
